He’s been at the forefront of many of the most impactful and complex public policy, legislative, land use and infrastructure issues in Chicago, leveraging his abilities to educate and persuade internal and external stakeholders while implementing customized strategies to secure client success.

Adam has substantial government and policy experience, having served in leadership positions in Chicago’s two of Chicago’s most important wards where he managed key portfolios including legislative and governmental relations, economic development, land use and public policy engagements.

His political campaign experience is extensive, having worked on multiple national, state, regional and local campaigns over the years. These include campaigns for Chicago City Council, the Illinois General Assembly, Cook County Board, U.S. House of Representatives, U.S. Senate, Illinois Governor and Presidential campaigns dating back to 2004.

He served as a Senior Advisor to the 2024 Democratic National Convention Committee that occurred in Chicago. Adam was named a 2023 Emerging Leader with the Chicago Council on Global Affairs and currently serves on an advisory board supporting the next generation of Chicago’s global leadership program.
